 STEP 1:

I spread the mixture out evenly in the skillet.

I sprinkled some more shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top.

I placed the skillet in the oven and baked the dip until it was bubbling and the cheese on top was completely melted.

I removed the skillet from the oven and allowed the dip to rest for a couple minutes.

  6. Add the Laughing Cow cheese to the skillet and stir until the cheese is melted. Remove the skillet from the heat.
  7. Pour the cottage cheese into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
  8. Add the blended cottage cheese to the skillet and stir well.
  9. Add 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese to the skillet and stir.
  10. Spread the mixture in the skillet out evenly.
  11. Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
  12. Place the skillet in the oven and bake until the dip is bubbling and the cheese on top is fully melted. About 10 minutes.
  13. Remove the skillet from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes.
